Anele Komen

Anele Komen is the Head of Recruitment at +OneX since March 2023. Previously, she worked as the Business Unit Manager [Recruitment Manager] at iOCO for over 13 years. Prior to that, Anele held roles such as IT Recruitment Team Leader at Searchrsa, IT Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager at Own and IC Blue, and IT Recruitment Consultant at GijimaAst. Anele's experience includes client liaison, managing customer relationships, sourcing candidates for various industries, and building client databases. She also has a background in 360-recruitment and administration from her time at SACC. Anele completed her Matric at High School Hendrina in 1986.
