Tiina Ristola

Tiina Ristola has a diverse work experience in various industries. Currently, they are the CEO of PlusTerveys Oy, where they are responsible for the company's operations in dental, mental, and other physician services. Tiina also serves as a Board Member for both PlusTerveys Group's subsidiary companies and Lääkäripalveluyritykset (LPY).

Prior to their current role, Tiina Ristola was the CEO of PlusTerveys Hammaslääkärit Oy and Chairman of the Board for PlusTerveys Kvalident Oy, a provider of dental laboratory services. Tiina was also a Member of the dental health work group at Hyvinvointiala HALI ry.

Earlier in their career, Tiina Ristola held management positions at Attendo Suomi, where they were Director of customer experience, quality, and development. Tiina was also the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and a member of the management team. Before that, they worked at Terveystalo, where they held roles as Account Director, Commercial Director, and Unit Manager. Terveystalo is the largest healthcare service company in Finland.

Tiina Ristola also has experience as a Business Area Director at Egmont Kustannus Oy and as a Director of Consumer Business at Sanoma Pro, the leading provider of learning solutions in Finland.

Tiina Ristola has a diverse education history. Tiina started their education in 1988 at Töölön Yhteiskoulun Lukio and graduated with a Baccalaureate degree in 1991. In 1993, they enrolled at Aalto University and completed their M.Sc. (econ) degree in 1998, specializing in international business, marketing, accounting, and English.

Throughout their career, Tiina Ristola has continued to pursue professional development opportunities. In 2011, they obtained a Specialist Qualification in Management (JET) from Helsinki Business College Oy. In 2015, they attended a program on the Commercialization of an idea at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development. Furthermore, in 2018, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification course.

In recent years, Tiina Ristola has focused on enhancing their board-level skills. In 2019, they obtained the HHJ (Hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen-tutkinto), which translates to "Approved Board Member Degree," from Tampere Chamber of Commerce. Moreover, in 2022, they completed the HHJ PJ (Hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen puheenjohtaja-kurssi), which means "Approved Chairman of the Board Course" from the same institution.
