Eleonora Macchi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eleonora started their career as a Marketing Support at Discovery Inc in 2018, where they planned communication activities and managed marketing projects. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at ViacomCBS as a Programming Specialist and Programming Assistant, focusing on editorial programming and promotional campaigns for Nickelodeon channels. In 2020, they transitioned to the education sector and worked as a primary school teacher at Istituto Comprensivo Franceschi. In 2021, they joined Moving Content Srl as a Multimedia Digital Content Creator and was responsible for content planning, target definition, and micro site creation. Currently, they are employed at Pluto TV as a Channel Editor, where they perform linear and on-demand channel programming, creates weekly and monthly stunts, and analyzes platform usage data. Prior to their professional roles, they gained experience as a Hostess at Fiera Milano SpA and completed an internship in the marketing division at Rhea vendors group.

From 2014 to 2017, they studied at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, earning a Laurea triennale in Scienze Linguistiche with a focus on Lingue, Comunicazione e Media.
In 2016, Eleonora also spent a brief period of time at Utrecht University. Although no degree was attained, they studied Spoken English and Dutch Level 1.
Before their university studies, from 2009 to 2014, Eleonora attended Istituto E. Montale Tradate, where they earned a Diploma di Maturità in Perito Aziendale e Corrispondente in Lingue Estere.
