Matias Herszage Pmp, Pmi-Acp, Safe-Rte

Matias Herszage has over two decades of work experience, starting as a Reservation Agent and Coordinator at United Airlines in 1998. Matias then worked as a Research Coordinator at the National Institute of Public Administration before becoming an Independent IT Consultant for an IT Consultancy. Matias later served as the Infrastructure Team Lead at Corporación América before transitioning to the role of IT Project Manager at "HayPost" National Postal Operator of Armenia. Matias then worked as a Technical Services Manager at Valley Network Solutions, where they managed and expanded the professional service team and ensured the smooth operation of over 70 customer networks. Moving on, Matias joined Verizon Media as a Technical Project Manager, then a Senior Technical Program Manager, and finally a Principal Technical Program Manager. At Yahoo, they held the position of Principal Technical Program Manager before joining Pluto TV as a Lead Program Manager - Engineering Ops and later being promoted to Director - Technical Program Management. Throughout their career, Matias has gained certifications in PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe-RTE, and CSM.

Matias Herszage, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe-RTE, CSM, holds an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology-Systems from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, which they obtained from 2002 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Business Administration at the Athenaeum of Studies from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Matias has also pursued various certifications. Matias obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2023. Matias also earned the SAFe 5 Agilist (SA) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2020, the SAFe 4 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2019, and the PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2018.

Other certifications include the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in August 2018, the CSM certification from Scrum Alliance obtained in June 2017, and the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute obtained in March 2017. Matias also holds certifications such as Axis Certified Professional from Axis Communications obtained in September 2015, MCSA: Server Administrator from Microsoft obtained in April 2012, and MCITP: Server Administrator from Microsoft obtained in July 2011.
