Swaminath G is an IIM B and APICS CSCP certified professional with over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain Solutions Engineering and Management. Swaminath G, began their career in 2001 as a Production Engineer at Beaver Automotive Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for Inventory Management and Planning of spare parts, CNC programming for automated manufacturing, and design of jigs and fixtures using AUTOCAD software. In 2005, they joined Robert Bosch Engineering and Business services as a Principal Consultant in the SAP Practice, where they were responsible for the SAP design, implementation and rollout of various SCM modules across Bosch plants. In 2012, they moved to Juniper Networks as a Supply Chain Management Systems Lead, where they were responsible for defining the business process in the areas of procurement, inventory management and supplier collaboration. In 2020, they joined Bharti Airtel as the Head of Supply Chain Management CoE. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Pluto7 as the Head of Supply Chain Solutions Engineering.

Swaminath G has a comprehensive educational history. Swaminath G, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University in 1996-2000. Swaminath G, then went on to obtain their M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University in 2003-2005, with a focus on Supply Chain Management. In 2015, they obtained certifications in Supply Chain and Logistics Fundamentals from the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics, R programming from Coursera, and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS. In 2019-2021, they obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Swaminath G, is also currently pursuing a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
