Nayeem Zen

Nayeem Zen has been working in the field of software engineering for several years. Nayeem'smost recent position was at Pluto, where they co-founded the company and served as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to this, they worked at Elemy as a Principal Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in redesigning the engineering stack and building the engineering team.

Before their time at Elemy, Nayeem worked at Shopify as a Staff Software Engineer, where they spent two years in this role. Nayeem also worked at EBlock as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a real-time live auctioning platform. Earlier in their career, Nayeem held positions at Square, Uber, IBM, and the Middleware Systems Research Group.

Throughout their various roles, Nayeem has gained experience in areas such as software architecture, technical leadership, team building, and utilizing technologies including Java, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Spring Boot, and GraphQL.

Nayeem Zen has pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
