Mike Farnsley

Mike Farnsley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both agricultural management and pastoral ministry. Currently serving as a Service Representative at Plymate, Inc. since December 2022, Mike also manages property at Farnsley Farms, where responsibilities include coordinating farm maintenance and overseeing tree farm management across 50+ acres. Previously, Mike held roles such as Pastor of Discipleship at Shelbyville Community Church and Renaissance Bible Church, where duties included guiding youth and families in faith and facilitating community activities. Additional experience includes positions within various churches focusing on student ministries and a background in agricultural labor at Callahan Farms. Mike holds a BA in Christian Ministry from Taylor University and has pursued further education at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
