Graham Rothwell

Graham Rothwell is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Head of Strategic Procurement at Plymouth Community Homes since March 2023. Prior to this role, Graham held positions including Capital Projects (Estates and FM) Procurement Manager at the University of Plymouth from September 2018 to March 2023, and Head of Procurement at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from March 2017 to March 2023.
