Marc Higgins

Marc Higgins has been serving at Plymouth Police Department since August 2005, currently holding the position of Police Lieutenant as the Shift Commander. Before working at Plymouth Police Department, Marc also served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Petty Officer for four years. Marc's various roles within the Plymouth Police Department include working as a Police Sergeant and Patrol Officer, where Marc was involved in the Patrol Division and Special Operations K-9 unit, handling responsibilities in Narcotics, Patrol, and SWAT. Additionally, Marc has served as the OIC Marine Unit and METRO MSU.
