Matthew Lambert

Matthew Lambert has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Matthew currently works at Plymouth Rock Assurance as the Director of Business Reengineering, where they lead a team focused on transforming operations through process improvement and change management. Prior to this, they worked at Wayfair as a Senior Manager in both Customer Service Operations and Customer Service Transformation, where they implemented strategies to improve customer experience and reduce costs. Matthew also has entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of Esmeralda Lambert Jewelry, where they successfully grew the business and opened multiple retail stores. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership positions at Harte Hanks, Haley & Aldrich, Babson College, Fraunhofer USA, TerraTherm, and Cornerstone Research, gaining experience in analytics, consulting, strategy, and project management. Matthew also briefly served as an investor and business consultant at hOM Yoga, LLC. Overall, Matthew Lambert has a strong background in driving operational improvements and strategic growth.

Matthew Lambert completed their MBA in Entrepreneurship at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2010 to 2011. Matthew also obtained a Certificate in Power and Influence for Positive Impact from Harvard Business School Online in 2023.
