Jason B.

Jason B. has extensive work experience in various operations and quality management roles. Jason began their career in 1991 as a Process Engineer at Alcoa and stayed with the company until 2010, during which they held the role of Quality Manager. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as an Operations Manager at Aleris. Jason then joined Tenneco, where they served as both a Quality Manager and an Operations Manager from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Jason became an Operations Manager at WKW-Erbsloeh Automotive, LLC, before transitioning to Norsk Hydro as an Operations Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Stupp Corporation as a Manufacturing Systems Manager, a position they held until 2021. Currently, they are employed as an Operations Manager at Plymouth Tube Company.

Jason B. attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In May 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
