Kent Franklin has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Kent is currently the Director of Sales Marketing at PM Hotel Group, where they oversee the newly renovated Best Western Premier Rockville Hotel & Suites. In previous roles, they served as the General Manager at The Culinary Team and as a Regional Account Manager at Bakery de France, managing a large number of accounts and generating significant revenue. Kent also held positions such as Task Force Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore, Sales Manager/University Liaison at The Mason Inn Conference Center & Hotel, Senior Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Express, Sales Executive at Cvent, Senior Sales Executive at Sheraton National, Senior Sales Manager at Sheraton Crystal City, and Senior Catering & Sales Executive at Fairview Park Marriott. Kent has consistently achieved impressive results, exceeding sales goals, and receiving recognition for their performance.

Kent Franklin attended Robinson Secondary from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Subsequently, they enrolled at James Madison University from 1986 to 1992, completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hotel/Restaurant Management.
