Pascale Brown

Pascale Brown has extensive experience in human resources management and talent acquisition. Pascale most recently worked as the Director of People + Culture at PM Hotel Group starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton from September 2021 to April 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Kelsch Associates Inc. Pascale also worked as a Human Resources Manager at United Community Options of South Florida from November 2016 to May 2018. Additionally, they have experience as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Learning Experience from September 2015 to November 2016. Pascale began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Ma Maison Orphanage in July 2006 and held the role for nine years until September 2015.

Pascale Brown earned an Associates degree in Applied Science and Marketing from Berkeley College in 2008-2009. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Administration from Arcadia University, which they completed in 2010-2012. Pascale also holds additional certifications in 1st Aid and CPR from the American Red Cross.
