Janet Szabo

Janet Szabo has a strong background in account management and sales support. Janet worked as the Head of Account Management at PMC Retail since October 2021 and as a Strategic Account Manager from December 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they served as an Account Director at HSO from January 2018 to December 2020. Prior to their time at HSO, they worked as an Account Manager at Aptos Retail from October 2016 to December 2018. Janet also has experience at BT Expedite, where they held various roles such as Account Director, Head of Territory (Sales and Support), Managed Services Consultant, and Head of Release, Testing, and QA. Janet'sresponsibilities at BT Expedite included setting up a release and test function for store systems and managing the ISO certification process for the business.

Janet Szabo holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Leeds. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Barnsley Girls High School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "Coaching Techniques That Inspire Coachees to Action" from Skillsoft in October 2022 and "Microsoft Global Challenger" from Microsoft in May 2019.
