Vugar Heydarov

Vugar Heydarov is a seasoned professional in human resources and management, currently holding the position of Head of HR & Training at PMD Group LLC since September 2023 and serving as Country Manager at Recepta since January 2023. Vugar is also a Co-Founder of Care - Elektron Sağlamlıq Portalı, starting in June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Human Resources and Member of the Management Board at PMD Projects LLC, Human Resources Manager at Grand-Agro LLC, and Senior Human Resources Specialist at PMD Group LLC, among others. Vugar's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The University of Edinburgh, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
