Elnur Babayev

Elnur Babayev is a Site Manager at PMD Projects LLC, currently holding the position of Senior Civil Engineer and Leading QA/QC Engineer. With previous experience as a QA/QC Engineer at Gilan Construction Group and North West Construction LLC, Elnur has demonstrated expertise in the field. Elnur holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Azerbaijan Technical University.
