Erika Coontz

Erika Coontz has a strong background in media recruitment and talent partnering. Erika is currently working as a Senior Lead Media Recruiter at PMG since June 2022. Before joining PMG, they worked at dentsu international as a Senior Talent Partner in Media from January 2020 to June 2022 and as a Senior Recruiter in Media from May 2019 to January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Media Services at Merkle from August 2017 to May 2019. Erika has also taken on roles as an Associate Media Director at McCann Minneapolis from January 2016 to August 2017 and at Publicis from January 2015 to January 2016, where they also held positions as a Manager and Team Lead in Activation. Erika began their career as a Digital Media Planner at Novus Media, Inc. from May 2012 to June 2013 and at FRWD Co. from February 2012 to May 2012. Erika also took on additional roles as an Assistant Digital Media Planner and as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at FRWD Co. from September 2010 to February 2012. In 2009, they worked as an Event Planning Assistant at the University of Minnesota - Minnesota Medical Foundation.
