Paul MacKeddie

Paul is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Water Industry. Strategic Asset Planning, Risk Management, and Capital Program Delivery are Paul's key focus areas.

Paul has most recently led the $500M per annum capital program delivery at SA Water bringing about an industry-leading partnership delivery model designed to enhance customer outcomes, improve efficiency, provide supply chain continuity and drive safety excellence.

From 2016 to 2020, Paul led SA Waters' Regulated Capital Program, leading the team to a 100% Overall Measure of Delivery performance score as well as driving multi-million dollar efficiency during this period.

Paul loves working with teams and individuals, solving problems, and developing progressive future-focused solutions. He is inspired by going beyond just doing things right, imagining what might be possible, and helping others achieve excellence. With experience in Behavioural Management Techniques, Paul also drives cultural improvement, bringing out the best in people.

Paul has recently started his own business providing capital delivery and asset management consultancy and advisory services to key clients.

Outside of work, Paul is excited to join the PMI Board and is looking forward to helping PMI Adelaide members achieve many great things in their project management careers. Paul is also a keen golfer and has also recently re-started playing lawn bowls.
