Bianca de Góis

Bianca de Góis has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Their most recent role was as the Human Resources Director at PMI Worldwide, where they are responsible for overseeing HR processes and acting as a business partner for the South America Leadership Team. Prior to that, they worked at Nokia as an HR Brazil C&B Manager and HR Consultant, providing support and advice to line managers and managing strategic HR initiatives. Bianca also has experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at ICF, where they were responsible for all HR processes in the company's Brazilian subsidiary. Before that, they worked at Shell as a Senior Human Resources Analyst, where they were involved in the implementation of the eSocial project. Bianca started their career at Infoglobo as a Human Resources Coordinator, managing benefits and providing support to employees and line managers. Bianca also has experience as a Consultant, where they provided recruitment and training services, and as an Exchange Director at AIESEC. Overall, Bianca has a diverse background in HR and has worked in various industries, including telecommunications, consulting, and media.

Bianca de Góis completed their undergraduate education in Business Administration at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro from 1998 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Strategic Management in Sales and Trading at Universidade Candido Mendes from 2006 to 2007.
