Costa's diverse experience encompasses freelance writing and editing for various culinary and hospitality publications and communications consulting, along with over a decade of editorial work focused on the food and beverage sector for Hotel F&B Magazine. Early career experiences include roles as a pastry and banquet cook and reporter, complemented by a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia College Chicago.
