Teng (Terrence) Liu

Teng (Terrence) Liu has been working in the industry since 1994. Teng (Terrence) began their career as the Founder and CEO of Inter Tech Development. After seven years in this role, they joined New Century in 2001 as the Director. In 2015, they transitioned to PMO Advisory LLC as the Director of Strategic Consulting, a role they still hold today.
