Rubens de Paula Lousada Junior

Rubens de Paula Lousada Junior has a diverse work experience starting from 2010, when they worked as an Estagiário de Engenharia Ambiental at Sanasa Campinas. Rubens then moved on to work as an Estagiário de Meio Ambiente at Infraero Brasil for a short period. In 2012, they joined Aeroportos Brasil Viracopos SA as an Estagiário de Engenharia Ambiental - Gerência de QSMS, where they were responsible for executing environmental licensing, developing environmental education training, and managing sanitation control and environmental projects. In 2017, Rubens transitioned to Itron, Inc. as an Analista de Projetos | Project Manager, where they focused on project management for technological solutions in utilities, conducted technical-commercial meetings, and managed project integration. Rubens also served as a Field Engineer at Águas de Matão, leading field services for the implementation of water supply projects. In 2021, Rubens joined Steck Indústria Elétrica as an Analista de Projetos | Novos Negócios, where they promoted project management methodology and processes, monitored project progress, and prioritized projects and tasks. Currently, Rubens works at Pmweb as an Analista de Projetos Sênior | Oracle Project Services, leading service projects in marketing automation using Oracle Responsys, managing squad activities, and creating CRM strategy briefings.

Rubens de Paula Lousada Junior completed their education from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. Rubens earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Project Management from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from the same university.

In addition to their formal education, Rubens has also acquired several certifications in various fields. Rubens obtained the "Fundamentos Na Lei Geral De Proteção De Dados LGPDF™" certification from CertiProf in April 2022. Rubens also holds a certification in "Brigada de Emergência" from Work Security - Safety and Emergency Training Response. Furthermore, Rubens has completed a course in "AutoCAD 2D" from Tecgraf Tecnologia em Computação Gráfica Ltda., and a course in "Emergências Químicas" from PMS Consultoria e Treinamentos. Additionally, they received training in "Implantação e Suporte de Soluções" from Itron, Inc., and completed a course in "Interpretação da Norma NBR IS0 9001:2015" from SENAI São Paulo. Lastly, Rubens has gained knowledge in "Planejamento, Manejo e Gestão de Bacias de Hidrográficas" from Agência Nacional de Águas.
