Ian Cohan-Shapiro is the General Manager Platforms and Data Solutions at PMY Group. Prior to this, Ian was the Director of Product Management at Compass and Senior Product Manager at Updater. Ian co-founded Diastora, an e-commerce company focused on the ethnic grocery market. Ian also has experience at Google as a Product and Marketing Lead for Google Search Africa and as a Product Marketing Manager. Additionally, Ian was a Fulbright Scholar at the U.S. Department of State and founded AMEERA, a non-governmental organization in Mauritania. Ian holds a B.A. in Political Science and Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
