Paul Iske

Paul Iske is a prominent figure in the fields of knowledge management, innovation, and organizational learning. Currently serving as Chief Dialogues Officer at YB inspire and No-Boundaries Academy, as well as a Professor at Maastricht University and Stellenbosch University, Iske focuses on enhancing value creation from experiences in complex environments. With a career spanning several decades, Iske also holds key roles as Chief Failure Officer at Het Instituut voor Briljante Mislukkingen, Chairman of the Personalised Healthcare Catalyst Foundation, and Chief Optimism Officer at the International Institute of Serious Optimism. Iske's academic credentials include a PhD and MSc in Theoretical Physics from the University of Twente and the University of Amsterdam, respectively.
