Hiba Waseem has worked in a variety of roles in the business development and customer service industries. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at three different companies. In 2020, they were a Customer Service Representative at Telesource International. In 2021, they were a Senior Customer Support Specialist and Customer Support Executive at ibex. Pakistan. Finally, in 2022, they were a Business Development Manager, Business Development Team Lead, and Business Development Officer at PNC Solutions. As a Business Development Team Lead, they were responsible for setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth, researching and implementing new target market initiatives, and pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. As a Customer Support Executive, they were responsible for maintaining a positive attitude toward customers, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Hiba Waseem is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at Islamia Government Science College, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Hiba also obtained an Advance Excel certification from Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies in March 2022.
