  • A highly organized, self-driven individual with strong planning, collaborating, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to read and understand technical documents such as Request for Proposals, clearly identifying each client’s respective needs.

  • Strong attention to detail, imperative for organizing proposal development and meeting deadlines, as well as PND’s high standards, ensuring that PND stands out in a competitive market.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing proposals.

  • Ability and willingness to work occasional overtime as needed. PND pays time-and-a-half for overtime.

Benefits of Joining PND

Apart from the satisfaction of bringing in new projects for the firm and ultimately seeing those projects come to fruition through new infrastructure across the state, PND offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; 18+ paid time-off days and nine paid holidays annually; recreation opportunities; and bonus potential. Plus, PND's 401(K) Profit Sharing Plan is one of the best retirement plans in the industry. PND has a long, proud history in Alaska, and many of our projects have won national and international awards.
