Miguel Borge is an accomplished professional in the dining and beverage management sector, currently serving as the Fleet Dining & Beverage Operations Manager with P&O Cruises since December 2021. Previously, Miguel held various roles at Holland America Line from January 2014 to November 2021, including Beverage Operations- Cellar Master and Business and Brand Manager, focusing on driving revenue and enhancing guest experiences.
