Dávid Kadlub

Dávid Kadlub has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and analytics. Dávid is currently working as a Senior Data Engineer at Pocket Worlds since February 2023. Prior to this, they were a Data Engineering Advisor and later a Senior Data Engineer at PlaceSense from July 2021 to February 2023. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing business logic, processing GPS coordinates and GIS datasets, maintaining machine learning pipelines, and preparing data structures for visualization.

Before joining PlaceSense, Dávid worked as a Data Analytics Advisor at Powerful Medical starting from September 2021. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at SuperScale, where they served as a Senior BI Engineer from December 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end data manipulation, including data collection, storage, extraction, processing, and visualization on a terabyte scale. Dávid also worked as a BI Engineer & Analyst at SuperScale from August 2018 to November 2019.

Dávid's early work experience includes an internship as a Life Insurance Intern at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from December 2017 to July 2018.

Dávid Kadlub obtained their Bachelor's degree in Insurance Mathematics from the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics at Comenius University in the years 2014 to 2017. Following their undergraduate studies, they proceeded to pursue a Master's degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from the same institution, completing it between 2017 and 2019.
