Stephannie Bermudez has over five years of work experience. In 2017, they began their career as the People and Culture Coordinator at Thom Browne, Inc. In 2018, they moved to JOOR as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In 2019, they held two positions simultaneously: Recruiter at Clevertech and People and Talent Advisor / Internal Coach at Exodus. In 2021, they joined Boon Health as a Professional Coach, ACC. Currently, they are the Head of People Operations at Pocket Worlds.

Stephannie Bermudez holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Berkeley College. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching. In 2020, they obtained a Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In 2021, they obtained a Yoga Instructor certification from Lakshmi Rising. In 2022, they obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation.
