Responsibilities
Responsible for executing design assets that deliver on creative/marketing brief direction as well as overall art direction with attention to detail
Create a variety of assets as assigned, such as but not limited to digital (email, social posts and web assets)
Develop, visualize presentation decks and concepts supporting your work to brand campaigns incorporating feedback and direction from key stakeholders
Deliver to tight deadlines managing the delivery of multiple fast-paced projects ensuring work is completed on time and of high quality
Ensure your work supports brand consistency and follows brand guidelines
Seek review of work and incorporate feedback as well as participate in peer-to-peer design review
Co-create assets with product designers, copywriters and marketers/sales reps
Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing
Provide image retouching and additional image manipulation as required
Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in design and/or interactive design
1-3 years experience in graphic design in-house or with an agency
Detail-oriented, go-getter attitude with a growth mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Ai, Ps, Id)
Strong knowledge of mainstream design and what constitutes effective design for both digital and traditional channels
A creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with others on cross-functional projects
Experience in the creative development process with the ability to work efficiently with product designers, content-writers, sales/marketing representatives and c-suite level executives
Experience in creating effective assets for social media
Strong understanding of digital file optimization and digital design best practices
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Proficient in/open to learning Figma
Interested in growing into UX/UI design
Video Editing and Animation (Premiere / After Effects)
