Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing design assets that deliver on creative/marketing brief direction as well as overall art direction with attention to detail

  • Create a variety of assets as assigned, such as but not limited to digital (email, social posts and web assets)

  • Develop, visualize presentation decks and concepts supporting your work to brand campaigns incorporating feedback and direction from key stakeholders

  • Deliver to tight deadlines managing the delivery of multiple fast-paced projects ensuring work is completed on time and of high quality

  • Ensure your work supports brand consistency and follows brand guidelines

  • Seek review of work and incorporate feedback as well as participate in peer-to-peer design review

  • Co-create assets with product designers, copywriters and marketers/sales reps

  • Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing

  • Provide image retouching and additional image manipulation as required

  • Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design and/or interactive design

  • 1-3 years experience in graphic design in-house or with an agency

  • Detail-oriented, go-getter attitude with a growth mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Ai, Ps, Id)

  • Strong knowledge of mainstream design and what constitutes effective design for both digital and traditional channels

  • A creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with others on cross-functional projects

  • Experience in the creative development process with the ability to work efficiently with product designers, content-writers, sales/marketing representatives and c-suite level executives

  • Experience in creating effective assets for social media

  • Strong understanding of digital file optimization and digital design best practices

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Job type: Full time, In office

Salary: $50,000- $58,000
