Todd Nestor

Founding Engineer at Pocus

Todd Nestor is a founding engineer at Pocus. Todd was previously a software engineering manager at RaiseMe, which was acquired by CampusLogic, and a human intelligence analyst with the US Army.

Todd has been in the tech industry for over 8 years. Todd started their career as a human intelligence analyst with the US Army. Todd conducted detailed research and produced specialized reports in support of Multi-National Battle Group-East (KFOR-17). Todd also created HUMINT review process for Local Source Review Board. In their role, they reviewed over 1,100 intelligence reports as a function of the HUMINT review process. Todd provided assistance to bilateral Operations Management Teams and HUMINT Collection Teams (HCTs). Todd also conducted research to answer requests for information from the HCTs, the CI/HUMINT Analysis & Requirements Cell, and the CI Control Activity. Todd developed a reports tracking database to provide metrics utilized in HUMINT activities and for the Local Source Review Board.

After their time in the Army, Todd transitioned into the tech industry. Todd started as a software engineering manager at RaiseMe. In this role, they led a team of engineers and was responsible for the development and management of software products. Todd oversaw all aspects of product development, from ideation to launch. Todd also managed RaiseMe's transition to being acquired by CampusLogic.

At CampusLogic, Todd continued to work as a software engineering manager. Todd oversaw the development of CampusLogic's flagship product, ScholarshipUniverse. Todd was responsible for ensuring that the product met the needs of both students and colleges. Todd also managed a team of engineers and was responsible for all aspects of product development.

In July 2020, Todd left CampusLogic to start Pocus, a company that provides a platform for colleges and universities to connect with students. Pocus is still in its early stages, but Todd is confident that it will revolutionize the way colleges and universities interact with students.

Todd Nestor would have completed an Associate of Arts in Chinese from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
