Lindsey Ploussard has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Lindsey began as a Student Manager at Georgia Tech Athletic Hospitality and later worked as a Student Assistant at Georgia Tech Professional Education. In 2016, they interned at the Office of Governor Nathan Deal, focusing on policy and legislative affairs. Lindsey then went on to intern at the Office of Congressman John Lewis in 2017. During this time, they also served as a Resident Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2018, Lindsey became a Teaching Assistant at Duke University Talent Identification Program and a Legislative Intern at the Georgia Department of Transportation. Lindsey then transitioned into the business field, working as a Business Analyst and Consultant at Deloitte. Currently, Lindsey is associated with Pod People and holds the roles of Talent Manager and Director of Talent. Additionally, they host the Film Camp Podcast, where they review and recaps notable films from BFI's list "The 100 Greatest Films of All Time".

Lindsey Ploussard completed their high school education at St. Pius X Catholic High School from 2010 to 2014. Lindsey then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2018.
