John Sagan

John Sagan is a Senior Software Engineer at ProAssurance since March 2021 and has concurrently been a Software Engineer at PICA since November 2019. Prior roles include Software Developer at State Farm, where John designed and deployed Spring Boot REST services for mobile applications, and created chatbots for customer interactions. Earlier experience includes positions as Systems Analyst and Developer for the AutoZone Capstone Team, Application Development Intern at Hunt Refining Company, and Technical Architect for the Renasant Bank Capstone Team, along with various roles in customer service and management. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama, earned in 2015.
