Role Description:

The Director, Account Management will be responsible for owning and managing the client relationships post-contract execution. They will take ownership of ensuring overall client satisfaction and ensuring that all contractual obligations are being met both my the Company and the client. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensures all contractual obligations are being met – SLA’s, adherence and engagement metrics, etc.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to be the voice of the client
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics and Actuarial teams to ensure outcomes methodology is applied, and oversee the ongoing discussion between Podimetrics/Client Analytics teams
  • Responsible for contract renewal
  • Oversees client P&L
  • Performs monthly client program overview meetings, quarterly business and annual reviews to review current results and potential expansion opportunities
  • Coordinates with the EHS Sales team upon close of new contracts and participates in client implementation process to ensure all pre-launch efforts are met
  • Works closely with Provider teams to ensure ongoing provider engagement and expansion opportunities are being fulfilled
  • Manages full-time Account Managers (in the future) who oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure client success, including but not limited to client billing, reporting, and operational efficiencies
  • Manages and resolves with client ops team all client issues (issues management)
  • Able to work cross functionally with all Podimetrics stakeholders to make sure client requirements are met and delivered
  • Responsible for the sale or up sale of new product features in addition to renewal contracts throughout account progression

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in Payor sales or Payor Account Management roles

  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relations

  • Capability to analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce preferred

  • Undersanding of the specific healthcare industry and market dynamics
