Role Description:
The Director, Account Management will be responsible for owning and managing the client relationships post-contract execution. They will take ownership of ensuring overall client satisfaction and ensuring that all contractual obligations are being met both my the Company and the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in Payor sales or Payor Account Management roles
Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relations
Capability to analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce preferred
Undersanding of the specific healthcare industry and market dynamics
