Peter Inthirakoth

Director Lifeycle and Retention Marketing at Podium Education

Peter Inthirakoth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Peter started their career in 1998 as a Pharmacy Clerk at Eckerd and then served in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate Second Class, where they supervised a watch team and was responsible for training personnel. After leaving the Navy in 2005, Peter worked as a Sales Consultant at Sears Holdings Corporation, providing customer advice on appliances and maintaining customer relationships.

In 2010, Peter joined Sentry Group as a Marketing Research Analyst Intern, where they performed data entry and conducted market research studies. Peter later joined Emerge Partners as a Project Coordinator, deploying email campaigns and leading a project to develop an event registration website. In 2011, Peter transitioned to the role of eServices Manager at Emerge Partners, executing marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients and utilizing marketing automation systems.

Peter's career in email marketing continued at Email Aptitude, where they worked as an Email Strategist from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they planned and executed email campaigns and gained expertise in email design and personalization. In 2018, Peter joined Tinuiti as a Strategist, driving growth for clients in the CRM and email marketing space. Peter led and managed multiple teams and focused on effective technology to inform marketing strategies.

In 2021, Peter joined Podium Education as the Director of Lifecycle and Retention Marketing, and they currently hold the role of Senior Strategist at Retencity as of September 2022. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated strong strategic and project management skills, helping clients achieve growth and leveraging their expertise in CRM and email marketing.

Peter Inthirakoth has a diverse education history. Peter first attended the US Navy Machinist Mate "A" School in 2000. After completing this program, they furthered their education at the US Naval Nuclear Power School in 2000-2001. Subsequently, in 2001, Peter briefly studied at the US Naval Nuclear Prototype. Seeking to expand their knowledge and skills, they attended Monroe Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in International Business. Finally, Peter pursued higher education at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business.
