Sierra A. is a Senior Academic Support Specialist at Podium Education. Previously, Sierra worked at Starbucks from August 2019 to August 2022, where Sierra held the roles of Shift Lead and Barista Trainer. As a Shift Lead, Sierra efficiently managed time, tasks, and people, and excelled as a Play Caller by assigning baristas to their roles based on their strengths to meet Key Performance Indicators. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Audiences from Arizona State University - Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, earned between October 2020 and December 2023.
