The Role
Podium is seeking a full stack software engineer based in Brazil, eager to make a significant impact. We like to say we have "Sangue nos olhos" for helping our customers win.
Podium engineers are passionate about empowering small businesses to thrive and succeed. Joining our Leads & Reviews team means being at the forefront of helping small businesses win by building products that help generate more leads for our customers. With this dynamic team, you will get to work on a diverse set of products, develop features using 3rd party APIs and most importantly, leverage OpenAI technologies to add the power of AI to our products!

Please note, this role is based in Brazil and is not open to other geographies at this time.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of coding experience with at least one modern language such as Python, Elixir, Ruby, Rust, Java, or Go with function-oriented design.
- Experience with front end development and web programming using React, TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience working with Databases (Postgres), APIs and web infrastructure
- Evidence of exposure to OpenAI technologies or any AI/ML emerging technologies
- Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)
What we hope you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on an Agile development team, in a hyper-growth SaaS setting
- Passion for learning, problem solving and mentoring your peers
- Courage to ask questions, deal with ambiguity, and flexibility to pivot with business priorities
- Strong experience with algorithms, data structures, and code
- Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
- Experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems
- Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application, such as well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, and efficient algorithms
