Harry Fox

Harry Fox has a diverse and extensive work experience. Harry has worked as a Head of Operations at Pogust Goodhead since 2020, where they managed expert paralegals and developed strategies for knowledge building and customer demand. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Consultant at Acumen Claims Limited from 2020 to 2020, where they provided guidance on implementing remote work and technological improvements.

From 2005 to 2019, Harry worked at the Financial Ombudsman Service in various roles including Head of Casework Teams (contingent operations), Head of Casework Teams (Coventry), Head of Casework Teams (PPI), Head of Mass Claims Support, Team Manager, Technical advice and outreach officer, and Consumer Consultant. In these roles, they gained skills in performance improvement, case handling, relationship building, and problem resolution. Harry also managed teams, supported staff development, and provided front-line support and advice.

Before joining the Financial Ombudsman Service, Harry worked as an Administrative Clerk at First Title from 2003 to 2005.

Harry Fox attended Bexley Grammar School from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained 9 GCSE passes including English Literature/language and mathematics. Harry then attended Stationers' Crown Woods Academy from 2001 to 2003, where they studied A-Levels in Psychology, Sociology, and Business Studies. In addition to their formal education, Harry also obtained certifications in Insurance and Mortgage Advice from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
