Hanna Jokinen

Hanna Jokinen has extensive experience in the field of elderly care management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Guidance Services for Elderly Services at Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue since January 2023. Previous roles include Service Guidance Manager at the City of Kuopio from February 2017 to December 2022, and Home Care Manager at Ylä-Savon SOTE from January 2010 to January 2017. Hanna also held positions as Home Care Manager at Iisalmen Betania-koti Ky, where the role involved executive oversight of a nursing home for elderly individuals from January 1996 to September 2015. Additional experience includes Geriatric Care Manager roles at Kiuruveden kaupunki and Vieremän kunta. Hanna obtained a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Eastern Finland and completed professional teacher training at Ammatillinen opettajakorkeakoulu.
