Ngan Trinh Mai

Ngan Trinh Mai has extensive work experience in various marketing and communication roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of Marketing and Communication at Point Avenue, where they are responsible for building and implementing the annual Marcom plan and establishing relationships with press and strategic partners. Prior to this, Ngan was the Head of Production at Point Avenue, where they formed and trained a professional production team for creating learning materials. Ngan also has experience working as a Freelancer, planning and managing talk shows for Viettel Corporation and conducting livestreams of Pediatric Health Seminars. Additionally, Ngan served as the Head of Marketing and Communication at Mediplus Medical Complex, where they developed communication strategies and trained personnel on organizational culture. Furthermore, they worked as a Journalist, Editor, and MC at Vietnam Television, where they produced, hosted, and promoted educational, health, science, and social programs.

Ngan Trinh Mai completed their Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Academy of Journalism and Communication, starting in 2008 and graduating in 2012. Ngan then pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from the same institution, studying from 2012 to 2014.
