Chris Magill

Chris is a strategic, growth-motivated leader of our firm’s legal matters and corporate development. As our Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, he gets the most fulfillment from helping rapidly grow Point B to meet our customer’s most important initiatives. In addition, he gets the opportunity to meet some of the smartest entrepreneurs and learn about the businesses they have built, as well as support the legal team as they iterate and help tackle our client’s biggest challenges.

Prior to his time at Point B, Chris served as the Chief Legal Officer at ProKarma, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Legal at Viant Technology, LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in legal and has been with Point B since early 2022.

Chris holds a bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. When away from his desk, you can find him spending time with his wife and two young sons. He also enjoys volunteering with a local youth lacrosse organization, as well as mountain biking, snowboarding, sporting events and exploring Oregon.
