Michelle is a highly driven, goal-oriented leader of business, digital and marketing strategies. As the Chief Marketing & Sales Operations Officer, Michelle is responsible for defining Point B’s market position, brand strategy and driving demand for Point B's solutions. You can find her spearheading engagements that intersect digital and customer experiences, marketing, content, and market insight.
During her time at Point B, she has served in roles such as Portfolio Leader and Solutions Director for the Experience Group and Innovation & Design team. Prior to joining the firm, she was Vice President of Marketing at Gartner, and Chief Customer Officer / VP Sales & Marketing at the digital experience firm Connective DX. She has over 20+ years of marketing firsthand experience in sales, marketing, customer experience, strategy, team leadership and more.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a certificate in Environmental and Public Affairs from Indiana University at Bloomington, as well as a master’s degree in English from Portland State University.
