Stephen Babson

Stephen is an experienced leader who works diligently to ensure he positively impacts every business he helps lead. Having served as a Managing Director at Endeavour for 20 years, Stephen has led Endeavour investments in the food and consumer, specialty retail, niche manufacturing and industrials, transportation and logistics, and business service industries. He has also initiated Endeavour’s investment strategies to include and partner with Employee Stock Ownership Plan companies.

Before joining the Endeavour team, Stephen was the Chairman of Stoel Rives LLP, a Portland-headquartered law firm with over 400 professionals in five offices across the western United States. He has served on the board of former Endeavour portfolio companies including Columbus Foods, ESCO Corporation (ESOP), Genesis Financial Solutions, Good Food Holdings and many more.

In addition, Stephen is a skilled board member who currently serves on the boards of ATL Technology, ENTEK, OFD Foods, Pacific Market International (PMI) and USNR. He is a Trustee of the OHSU Foundation and serves on the Board of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s in business administration from Stanford University, as well as a Juris Doctor’s degree from Stanford Law School.
