Mindy Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mindy began their career as a Technical Sourcer at Workbridge Associates, where they successfully sourced candidates for positions ranging from Software Engineer to Director of Engineering. Mindy then worked as a Technical Sourcer and helped build out the team for a growing startup called R2B.
