Dena Paratore

Dena Paratore has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Dena currently holds the position of Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Point32Health, which they started in January 2023. Before that, they worked at AVANGRID for over 18 years, where they held various roles. These roles include serving as the Head of Human Resources - Corporate Functions from June 2015 to January 2023, managing a team of HR consultants, Business Partners, and Strategic Initiatives professionals. Additionally, they worked as the Manager - Human Resources Operations - NY from July 2010 to June 2015, providing business partner support and supervising a team of HR Generalists. Prior to that, Dena Paratore worked at Corning Incorporated as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, providing HR support to 400 non-union employees and consulting with the leadership team on various HR strategies.
