Gina Derosa

Gina DeRosa has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Gina started their career at Odyssey Healthcare as a Volunteer Coordinator and Medical Social Worker. Gina then worked at Bournewood Health Systems as a Social Worker and Field Placement Supervisor. Gina later joined WestBridge - Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment as a Care Manager and Mentor Coordinator. Following that, they worked at Partners HealthCare as a Per diem Emergency Department Psychiatric Clinician. Gina then transitioned to Tufts Health Plan, where they held various roles including Manager of Integrated Care Management, Behavioral Health Intensive Care Manager, and Manager of Customer Service Business Implementation. Gina also served as Co-Chair and later Chair of the Women Together Business Resource Group at Tufts Health Plan. Gina is currently working at Point32Health as the Director of Integration - Behavioral Health.

Gina DeRosa has a diverse education background. Gina obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a concentration in Gerontology from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Work and Policy Studies from 2000 to 2004.

In 2018, Gina pursued further education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University. Their field of study for the MBA was in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In addition to their degrees, Gina has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Gina became a Project Management Professional (PMP) after completing a preparation course offered by the Project Management Institute in August 2021. Gina also holds a certification as an Organization Development Process Certified Professional from the Institute of Organization Development, which they obtained in May 2021. Gina is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation since December 2020.

Furthermore, Gina is a Certified Case Manager, certified by the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) since January 2016. Gina has completed a Certificate in Basic Coaching from Boston University School of Social Work in September 2011, and a Certificate in Cognitive & Behavioral Interventions from the same institution in September 2010. Gina also holds a license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker from the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), which they obtained in March 2009.
