Cory Nemelka

Cory Nemelka is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in security assurance and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Security Assurance & Engineering at PointClickCare since September 2022. Previous roles include Senior Security Architect at Aptive Environmental and Senior Architect at Entrata. Cory has held significant positions such as Senior Vice President, Software Engineering/CIO/CISO at Walz Group, where responsibilities included overseeing cybersecurity strategies. Cory also has experience as the Owner of Nemelka IT Group and has contributed to the health club industry as CTO/CSO for multiple organizations across North America. Additionally, Cory has a strong foundation in architecture and design from earlier positions at Zions Bank and founded Electronic Payment Systems/FINOVA Loan Servicing. Cory holds certifications including CISSP and CSSLP, and has a history of patent applications related to communication solutions in disaster situations.
