Jim Darnell is a seasoned professional in customer success and client services, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at PointClickCare since February 2015. With extensive experience in leading teams in the SaaS health information sector, Jim focuses on driving adoption, retention, and expansion while minimizing churn and enhancing customer relationships. Prior to PointClickCare, Jim held the position of Director of Client Success & Client Services at Skylight Healthcare Systems, where contributions were pivotal in advancing interactive patient engagement technology, significantly improving the patient experience throughout the care continuum. Jim Darnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northeastern Illinois University.
