William Yung

William Yung has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. William started their career at Research In Motion in 2008, where they worked as a BIS-E Process and Metrics role, focusing on developing BlackBerry applications and automating data mining processes. In 2010, they joined NexJ Systems as an Application Developer, gaining experience in data modeling and software design. William then moved to BlackBerry in 2011, where they worked as a Test Automation Developer, participating in automated testing for the BBM system. In 2016, they joined BBM as an SDET II, providing tooling and support for test engineers and developers. Most recently, William Yung has been working at PointClickCare since 2019, initially as a Senior Test Engineer and currently as a Principal Test Engineer. In this role, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, automate test cases, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

William Yung holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineering Science - Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
