Zulfi Khwaja

Zulfi Khwaja has a strong background in technical support and customer support roles. Zulfi is currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Support at PointClickCare since May 2021. Prior to this, they held positions at OpenText, where they served as the Director of Technical Support from August 2020 to May 2021, and as the Senior Manager of Technical Support from October 2012 to August 2020. Before OpenText, Zulfi worked at EMC as the Senior Manager of Technical Support from August 2011 to June 2012, and as the Manager of Technical Support from October 2005 to August 2011.

Zulfi Khwaja obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Drew University between 1991 and 1996.
